Hello, my name is Dragana Petkovski

I work with directors like You as a freelance Language Development Specialist for Business English and communication skills.

My achieved students` pass rate during BEC examination (Business English Certificate) at the British Council is 100%.

Now I am commissioned by PepsiCo, JTI, Alcatel-Lucent, Srma Consulting and Likos Auto and in charge of their language skills development, training sessions and preparation for BEC exams, as well as Serbian classes for foreign business employees in the companies.

Besides these companies, my clients were many high-profile Belgrade-based firms such as Nestle, former Delyug, Veropoulos, Henkel, Salford and Delta sport.

I started developing my interest in foreign affairs and cross-cultural diversities at the age of twelve, i.e. in 1991 I was chosen to take part in the program meant for young talents in Serbia and spend some time in Artek, a Young Pioneer Camp on the Crimean peninsula, USSR, where I got the opportunity to hone my knowledge of Russian and learn a lot about Russian culture and lifestyle.

That journey had a significant impact on me and consequently I decided to study languages and focus on cross-cultural issues and communication skills by cooperating with foreign diplomats and high officials in the Republic of Serbia.
Further improvement in English and Russian, I continued at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade, a state-run Pushkin Language Institute in Moscow and London.

That opened the door for collaboration with a Russian company where I also cooperated with Russian officials, representatives of Russian Duma in Belgrade and was in charge of public relations and creating a high-profile image of Russian businesses and political activities in Serbia and abroad.
I graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade with a Master degree in English language and literature.
Specialties: Training, Communication skills and Cross-cultural management issues.
